| Headed out to Elk River today and had a really good ski. I didn't feel as tired as I usually do on my Sunday skis so that was fun. Also, the woods were beautiful with all the fresh snow. |

| Regular circuit workout with abs, push-ups, burpies and jumpies but instead of a five minute rest inbetween sets I only took one minute breaks. Good workout too. |
