Push-up run on the elliptical machine -- Seven sets of 30 push ups plus cool down.

Headed out to Elk River today and had a really good ski. I didn't feel as tired as I usually do on my Sunday skis so that was fun. Also, the woods were beautiful with all the fresh snow.

Regular circuit workout with abs, push-ups, burpies and jumpies but instead of a five minute rest inbetween sets I only took one minute breaks. Good workout too.

Still not feeling the best but also felt like I should be doing something so I opted for a light workout.

Took day of rest. I think I'm starting to come down with a cold. Hopefully if I don't over-do it I can keep it to a mild one.
