Biked with Dan around the loops at Bunker until it got dark. Some of those hills are bigger than I remembered on a bike:).

5,225 meters first set
5,125 meters second set
plus warm up and cool down
It felt good to erg again - I'll have to do this more often.

Roller Blading (Bunker Hills and Trails) 35:00 [4] 4.5 mi (7:46 / mi)
Rollerbladed with Syd and Dontell in burley to Bunker Park and park at other end of Bunker trails. They are heavier than they look.
Ski Walking (Neighborhood) 21:00 [3] 2 km (10:30 / km)
Ski walk with mom on normal loop.

Tuesday Apr 15

Roller Blading (Bunker Hills and Trails) 31:00 [3] 4.5 mi (6:53 / mi)
Rollerbladed to Bunker Park and park at other end of Bunker trails with Syd in burley today. And although I know it's not possible, it felt like the wind was against us on every hill we went up:). Good leg workout.
Ski Walking (Neighborhood) 22:00 [3] 2 km (11:00 / km)
Ski walk with mom in neighborhood to enjoy the evening. I could feel my legs starting to get tired the last two days.
Strength (Lifetime Fitness) 45:00 [4]
Endurance lifting (3 sets) bench, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, seated row, lat pull, abs up, abs on ball, back extension, abs/shoulder press, free abs, hip adductor and hip abductor. I increased my weights on almost all the machines so it was a good workout:) I'm nice and worn out - in a good way.

Monday Apr 14

I was a litte nervous after my hard run last week on the treadmill but I was pleasantly surprised with a nice evening run. The temp was perfect.
Ski Walking (Neighborhood) 22:00 [3] 2 km (11:00 / km)
Ski walk with mom immediately following my run. I could really feel the workout in my legs.
Elliptical Run 30:00 [3] 1.3 mi (23:04 / mi)
Easy run after my other two workouts to finish out the day.
