Rollerbladed my usually loop but my throat was really bothering me so I was very happy when I finished.

My throat was not happy with me so this was not the best workout or idea. I think I need to take the next couple of days easy.

4 sets of stair workout - 10 minute sets. Syd ran the last two minutes of backwards stairs with me:).

Normal loop to warm up before lifting later tonight.
Strength (Lifetime Fitness) 35:00 [3]
Endurance lifting - 3 sets -- bench, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, seated row, lat pull, back extension, abs up, abs/shoulder, ab abductor, ab adductor and crunches. I increased the weights on the leg extension, curl and row machines.
