| Hip/back area so sore all day at work. Such a pain while sitting - need to try out a tennis ball in my TFL to loosen that whole area out. |

| 6 x strides across Fahan oval with 1 min walking back recoveries. Got wet feet again! Need to not wear long bootleg leggins next time as they dragged my legs down. Walk home after. Forgot to stretch when I got home :( |
