slept:7.0 shoes: Nike Air Zoom Elite
40min Lord Street loop. Legs felt good although hip sore at times and up hill at end.
Stretching 5:00 [0]
Post run stretch. L hip area stiff and achy.
Note
Hip/back area so sore all day at work. Such a pain while sitting - need to try out a tennis ball in my TFL to loosen that whole area out.

Monday Feb 25

To Casino and back via Nutgrove to Fahan oval. Then...
Strides 9:00 [3]
6 x strides across Fahan oval with 1 min walking back recoveries. Got wet feet again! Need to not wear long bootleg leggins next time as they dragged my legs down. Walk home after. Forgot to stretch when I got home :(
