| Man what a terrible run. I felt so tired and a bit queasy and legs had no energy at all. So I made it a real recovery run and had a few walk breaks throughout as legs were feeling wobbly and stuffed. At least I made it up to an hour - but what a shocking time for this run!! |

| Easy P/line plod. It was only 6 degrees (compared 22 at the same time yesterday!!). Man I am stiff from yesterday - even my forearms hurt!! Very slow to start with and kept it very easy until naturally picked up the pace on the return. Used sticks to keep shoulders down in second half which worked quite well. Short stretch afterwards. Need to ensure I do my longer run tomorrow. |

| First run in 3 weeks! 15 mins warm up (very sore piriformis' down Fisher Ave) followed by stretching and 6 x strides on Sandown oval. Then:
6 x (1 min @ 80%, 45s SR)
4 x (30s, 45s SR)
Was meant to be 30s SR after 30s intervals but I forgot to read instructions before I left! Stuffed by the last couple but pleased I covered the same distance each time. 10 min very slow jog to cool down. Hip was fine today :) Bit of a sore L calf on cool down.
