Bicheno flora survey through heathland. Was great fun - tired that evening though as it is the most exercise I have done in months!

From home to the Battery (20 mins) and back. Quite enjoyable, though pretty slow...esp. up the hills. And especially up our street - man my legs felt like lead after the fist 10 steps so it was a very slow crawl back home! Got the unfit itchy feeling I usually get when I haven't run for a while. Very glad I went - just need to start making a habit of it!

Back sore most of the afternoon and evening.
Note
25 weeks pregnant today. Now that my morning sicknes finally seems to have eased, it is time to get back into some structured exercise (walking, not running) so it's not absolutely impossible to start running again in January!
