'fab abs' hehe funny name, but some of it really killed my stomach, basically half an hour of crunches with a few planks at the end.
for some reason my quads are really tight even tho been stretching them for the last 2 days :( looks like i'll just need to keep on stretching.
did 10 minutes bike and 25 minutes on the treadmill to try and loosen off the quads a bit. no idea how far it was but thought i'd just add the times together. probs not the best idea but it's the easiest way to do it :)
orienteering race (relays) 24:11 [3] *** 2.9 km (8:20 / km) +65m7:30 / km
women's short: had a really good run, was really pleased with it. but team lost a minute at changeover coz the map tent was so unorganised meaning we lost out on podium. 7s behind 3rd and 30s behind 2nd :( wanted to cry.
