intervals intervals 21:00 [4] 3.56 km (5:54 / km)

got to intervals n found out we were suposed to be doin hills but as we'd already done hills this week rach ingrid liz n i decided to do a flattish session at the bottom of the hill (turned out to be contouring practice)
did a pyramid session to the 1st lamppost, to the end of the wall/hedge thingy, and to the end of the field and back down 3 times.
hard work but good fun. sooo hot tho!

run warm up/down 30:00 [3] 4.61 km (6:30 / km)

jog down to endcliffe park and most of the way back.(walked a little bit with rach n had a little chat :)

intervals hills 20:00 [4] 3.15 km (6:21 / km)

pyrimids on springvale with rach ingrid nic n ben. 15, 30, 60, 90 and back down twice missing out the 2nd 90. was good but hard work, on the last 60 my legs started to give way after 45s. legs felt a bit like jelly.
stopped off at the co-op on the way back to get fruit n veg :)

york city park race. good fun part from the stinging nettles. had a go at micro-o aswel which was fun, havn't really done anything like it before so was interesting. oh and the weather was gorgeous :)

step class at goodwin with ingrid :) was so confusin and the lady taught it all way too fast but had fun and spent most of it laughing :P

fab abs. nice little cool down after step but could definately feel my stomach. gona hurt 2morrow!

ran over and up rivelin with ingrid, rach's and laura :) lots of hill but was lovely, got a bit hot tho.

intervals down at endcliffe park field. hare and hound session paired with ingrid. got very confused bout how many we were supposed to be doing but ended up doing 12 sets (or 6 as neil put it but you had to run there and back twice on each so it felt like 12) hard work anyways.
then went and played on the fun new outside gym/toy things after which was fun :)

jogged down to endcliffe before and back up after. walked for the last little bit and had a nice chat with rach n ingrid bout running on the weekend :)
then went home and ate roast and crumble...mmm...

orienteering race 24:47 [4] 3.0 km (8:16 / km)

3 x 1km loops at notredame school with a break in between each one to download, clear, and start the next one. so fun!
did 7:24, 9:05 and 8:18 for ABC. didn't do them in that order tho, did BCA so actually got quicker as i went along as i got used to the map etc.
the courses were really interesting with lots of butterfly loops and different levels and things to confuse you as you went around. would defo do again :)

jogged to the event with ingrid rach and marcus. then back with rach and ingrid in the rain and stopped off for chocolate in select n save :)

went to the gym nice n early (well half 9) with ingrid to get sum excercise in before revision. was a nice little session. we were there just over an hour but probs only did an hours worth of stuff (including the stretching that is).

10 mins cycling
10mins wave
6x15 reps on the glutes weight machine
6x15 reps on the adductor machine
3x15 reps on the leg curl machine
3x15 reps on the machine that does the opposite to leg culs :P
3x15 reps on the machine thats like push ups but sitting down, thought i better get some arm stuff in

think that was it.
oh n 10 mins stretching at the end :)

then back home to revise, oh yay.

6x15 reps on the glutes (think thats how u spell it) weight machine
6x15 reps on the adductor weight wachine
20mins stretching - was really in need of a decent stretching session and feel so much better now :)

arghhhh! lost like 8mins on No 26 faffing about on the wrong hill. was really enjoyin it till then aswell n trying to concentrate on each control n the one time my concentration slipped i faffed. still liked the area though.

british elite sprint heat. course WA. went well part from a couple of faffs. ran out of one of the controls the wrong way :S but good fun.

Womens B final. was really fun but had a faff on the way to 14 n managed to drop my map which lost me bout 40s. oops!
