GIAG orienteering event in sheffield round one of the parks n surrounding streets. lots of hills n a bit of map memory with rach. was gd fun!

ShUOC circuits. an hour of circuit type excercises press-ups, burpees, sit-ups etc. 45s activity 15s rest for an hour! hard work!
