fell run hills 55:00 [4] 4.0 mi (13:45 / mi) +300m 11:09 / mi

ran well n fast up the hill, just tried to keep going! n had a slightly more leisurely run down. was fun runnin with the girlies!

8 x hill reps of between 1m28s & 1m35s! jog down hill inbetween! v hard work. jogged back up home as a 'cool down' which felt like another hill run & exhausted me even more!!
