went to the gym nice n early (well half 9) with ingrid to get sum excercise in before revision. was a nice little session. we were there just over an hour but probs only did an hours worth of stuff (including the stretching that is).
10 mins cycling
6x15 reps on the glutes weight machine
6x15 reps on the adductor machine
3x15 reps on the leg curl machine
3x15 reps on the machine that does the opposite to leg culs :P
3x15 reps on the machine thats like push ups but sitting down, thought i better get some arm stuff in
think that was it.
oh n 10 mins stretching at the end :)
then back home to revise, oh yay.
