20 mins cycling, 10 minutes cross-training and half an hour weights and stretches. did all the excercises the physion gave me to do :)

had a physio appointment n apparantly i've got an inflamed fat pad n a stressed tendon or something like that. so got lots of stretches and excercises to do. got another appoinment in a week to see how i'm getting on and may be able to start jogging again then. in the mean time its cycling and weights etc for me...
