did some interval training on freyas bike whilst watching harry potter.
did a 4 min warm up then 45s 95%, 2 mins 60% about 5 times and a little cool down. after the last few days this was enough to knacker me so then fell asleep for the rest of the film :)
hill reps on burgoyne road.
6 x 2min reps jogging down in between. last rep to the top of the hill. session killed me but was good training :)
jogged from my house to burgoyne which wasn't very far, but was to cold to stand and wait so did some short hill sprints while waiting for the others with a bit of gentle jogging in between.
then jogged back afterwards (well walked a little on one hill)
