Took my housemate out for a little run round bolehill/stables way cz she's doing a 10km run next weekend and hasn't really ever been on a run before so i thought i should take her out. was very impressed with her actually, she did 4 km and only stopped once for about 20s :) gona try and get her out again before then though and do a bit longer.
Was a nice little plod though and we saw Lucy n Will while we were out :) wouldn't really count it as training considering the pace but was nice to get out and made me remember how nice running in the sun is :D
Gona try and get a bit more training in this week (as in more than just one run)
Long term plan is to gradually build my fitness up again without getting injured (fingers crossed) then work on builing up speed after. hopefully i'll manage it this time!
