ARE group run in the Pine Bush, led by Jim Sweeney who continued on to do 40 miles (he is training for the Vermont 100 miler in July and is aiming for the course record).

Sunny and close to 60!

Green course at Peebles Island. Did well - spiked all and just one poor route choice attempting to go through dark green. Should've heeded the course notes. Ugly rainy day, but hardly noticed it once I was moving.

If you took the 26 fastest runners in Albany and had them each run 1 mile on the Boston marathon course, I don't think you could beat 2:03.
