Everything clicked today, helped by the very open woods and my familiarity with the island. Only real bobble was on #3 - inferred from Phil's course notes that running along the riverbank was a viable route choice, but too much deadfall - lost about a minute. I think I was first overall on red.

Dug the Roclites out of the trash for one last run because the replacements haven't arrived yet.

Sweeney Loop x 2. A dreary day - saw only 5 other people. Last gasp for the Roclite 295s, which have lasted through many rogaines.
