Saturday Jan 26

xc ski 1:10:00 [3] 12 km (5:50 / km)
After sleeping off the scotch from Robbie Burns Day....(Scotchy Scotchy Scotchy!) I managed to drag my self out for a ski at Mono Cliffs. Just a hint of snow falling at -2c, no wind... Skiied to the lookout, stopped for a Tetra of Red and continued on into the darkness.......

Friday Jan 25

snowboarding 3:00:00 [3]
Boarded at Caledon.... A Little icy.. The terain park was closed.. Bummer! But since this is Robbie Burns Day I celebrated with a few friends.... Scotchy scotchy scotchy!!!!!!!! If it was not for alcohol, I would be in great shape! The Haggis seemed to cool the scotch..... Just for a moment :)

Thursday Jan 24

xc ski 1:30:00 [3] 11 km (8:11 / km)
Skied Albion.. Cold and clear.. Fast paced, frost bike on the face was almost a concern... Strangely enough, I never seem to see anyone night skiing......?

Wednesday Jan 23

snowboarding 4:00:00 [3]
Hit blue for some fun boarding... Little icy in patches, but overal not to bad. The southern slopes had a lot more power. It was -16 at 7:30pm... Almost a little to cold to be out... Legs had a good work out... Boarded with computer guy and Mr. Perfect.. The beers with dinner made it all worth while! :)

Tuesday Jan 22

xc ski 50:00 [3] 8 km (6:15 / km)
Skied Palgrave East.. Post Card scenery everywhere... -9c when I started... Flurry's and sunny breaks on and off.. Broke trail the whole way... Kept a good steady pace.. Memorable ski!
xc ski 1:45:00 [1] 8 km (13:08 / km)
Skied with the gang about 7pm... Did the same loop as the morning... Temp was about the same, but no sun... Just a super bright moon! No need for lights... Easily see everything... Stopped for a nice wine break part way through... Followed by more joy at the end of the ski!!! :)

Sunday Jan 20

xc ski 1:30:00 [4] 12 km (7:30 / km)
Skied hardwood hills... Very Windy, fresh, blowing snow.. -10c, probably close to -20c with the wind. Skied the Olympic course, with all the additional loops.... Snow was slow for some reason... Wax issues I suppose... The technical ability on this course not as hard as they rate. Rated 9 out of 10...?
