| boarded at Caledon Ski Club for Mens Day... Eggs Benedict, sausage bacon, oh and fruit salad for breakfast... Steak and potato lunch with the Corona Girls and Wine Tasting Girl :)......... Belfountain Inn for dinner with the gang... Seasar Salad, Mussles, Big steak entree with all the fixin's, Creme Brule` for desert..
I know I drank more beer than the total number of times I went down the hill... Must have more actiive days like this one... | ||

| Thought about running today... Read another invite to run with some friends... Thought about it some more... for a total of five minutes.. Put on my new Yak Traks and went to the fridge and grabbed a beer......... :) | ||

| Skiied Manfield this morning.... Got the and there was three coach busses in the lot....:( Temp was 0c, partly cloudy, no wind.. Set up for the yellow trail, their most difficult I believe... I dropped the hammer right from the beginning.... Very fast no stop ski, with pedestrian obstructions on nearly every corner.... Can't wait to go back! | ||

| Skied the usual trail in Palgrave... -1c. no wind, very clear ski..! I did constant speed intervals, all out for 3 minutes, slow steady recovery 5 then all out for 3..... Felt good.... Must start to increase speed and intensity for my overal efforts... | ||
