Skied palgrave.. Beautiful new snow fall... Became quite sticky near the end... Good feeling to work out the left over alcohol from yesterdays events...

boarded at Caledon Ski Club for Mens Day... Eggs Benedict, sausage bacon, oh and fruit salad for breakfast... Steak and potato lunch with the Corona Girls and Wine Tasting Girl :)......... Belfountain Inn for dinner with the gang... Seasar Salad, Mussles, Big steak entree with all the fixin's, Creme Brule` for desert..

I know I drank more beer than the total number of times I went down the hill...

Must have more actiive days like this one...

Thought about running today... Read another invite to run with some friends... Thought about it some more... for a total of five minutes.. Put on my new Yak Traks and went to the fridge and grabbed a beer......... :)

Skiied Palgrave, usual track, very fast, non stop.. Very dark night..slight wind from the west, -1c.
Helped along by some FIREBALL!!!!

Skiied Manfield this morning.... Got the and there was three coach busses in the lot....:( Temp was 0c, partly cloudy, no wind.. Set up for the yellow trail, their most difficult I believe... I dropped the hammer right from the beginning.... Very fast no stop ski, with pedestrian obstructions on nearly every corner.... Can't wait to go back!

Skied the usual trail in Palgrave... -1c. no wind, very clear ski..! I did constant speed intervals, all out for 3 minutes, slow steady recovery 5 then all out for 3..... Felt good.... Must start to increase speed and intensity for my overal efforts...
