Played some squash, need more conditioning.

Bench press - 35lbs - 3 sets - 10 reps
Bench press - 45lbs - 1 set - 4 reps
Incline press - 25lbs - 3 sets - 10 reps
Incline press - 30lbs - 1 set - 10 reps


Squash court became free. Gotta do chest again on Monday.
