threadmill tempo 1:00:00 [4] 8.76 mi (6:51 / mi)
ahr:155 max:169 weight:86.5kg

there was just a moderate pain in the right calf. I still felt it but it caused no havoc to run. The left tight was a little bit sensitive.
I started out at 8.6 up until the first 15 min, then i cranked the speed up to 9.1. At 55 min i reduced the speed again to 8.6.

Th HR max reached 169.

trail- running 56:00 [1]
ahr:125

It was a bad day, but it started out as a good one.
I went to Tynehead park. The trails were snow and ice covered.
In the first 15 min felt Ok, then my performance plunged down to the solid rock bottom 0. In some down hill sections my pulse rate was 115-117. ....,but i could not have run any faster. The main reason of snail pace is my right calf.
it was hurting really bad. Then i started to feel my righ tight too.

thread-mill 50:00 [3] 7.0 mi (7:09 / mi)
max:155

Just a 50 min on the threadmill.
My achilles ligament /right calf/ is still hurting hard.
I will try to make a technical training in the forthcoming week- end. Either in maple ridge or Rice lake.
I think i recovered very fast after the intervals. I did not feel any tireness.

thread-mill (Interval) 50:00 [4]
max:178

5 times 3 min. 1.5 min rest.
20 min warm up, with a gradully increasing speed up to level 10.
8 min cool down.
I started on the level 12. But my hart rate went up to 172. Rigt after the first one.
So i had to reduce the speed to 11.
It was very challenging.

trail- running 40:00 [2]
ahr:135

i did not feel as fit as i had felt on the previous 2 days.
I felt a bit tired both mentally and physically. The constant pain in my right calf just returned again. It was snowing hard again.

thread-mill 1:00:00 [3] 8.5 mi (7:04 / mi)
ahr:147

the tempo was to set at 8.6. I really loved this running.
First time 60 on a threadmill. It went fast and easy.
I felt my limbs as light as a piece of feather. I think I start to get back to shape again. slowly by slowly in baby steps.
