Had a complete nightmare yesterday, in a stormer of a mood and still felt tired, so knocked it on the head, no AJ for me!

Quite frustrated with myself for getting too drunk on Saturday night, it always hits you most 3 days later.

Paces OK, but working a bit hard for them at the moment. Just glad I wasn't struggling to maintain M throughout. Needed this session to kick me up the arse though.
