| Felt a bit stiff due to not warming down properly yesterday, especially quads. Bit of walking across town made them feel a bit better later on though. |

| Up Appletree to the Golf Course, then down to Broadbottom, down Goyt way path to Strines via station. Along the marple road to Hague Bar, up Hague Fold Road (steep... bloody steep) to broadbottom, back over to Golf Course, down Appletree to home.
Shins felt a bit achy at times, so walked a bit so as not to make them more achy.
Didn't feel too great, but enjoyed the downhill bits muchos |

| 45-15, including some 'favorites,' whilst listening to Ska-P. Would have been 30mins, but got called for dinner instead. Stopped the clock when left foot got cramped, and when Shaun rang me up about DVDs. Felt not too bad, but feel a bit tired now though. Tired, but good. |

| My House to the Sett Valley Trail (via floguard or whatever it's called now), then a pootle to Hayfield (20mins inc. bit of stopping.) 10mins or so in Hayfield, (rest) then back to New Mills with no stopping (except for gates and a bit of streching at Birch Vale) Walked from trail to bottom of Watford road due to achey right cankle (not shinsplints though :-) ) before running up Watford to home. Quicker running up watford than riding bike... |
