Foul weather, slept in, lower right leg playing up as well. Shin splints again maybe?

First time running without long hair! whether that reflects my running history or my hair styles I don't know... To lantern Pike and back. Felt good and spent less time resting and walking! Right shin did start to feel tight on the way up, but managed to allay that until back on the trail on the way home. Finished strongly along the trail and up Watford road, especially from parkway to the drive so I could make it back in less than 45 mins.
