ran to endcliffe park to do some intervals

Did 4 loops around the woods before it got a bit dark to see. 1 min. rests between each loop, approx. 2-2.30 for each loop. Felt OK
As was dark wen tonto the grass to do some shuttles - v.short. Syopped for a bit to tighten shoes, then Shin splints kicked in. Not normal shin-splints, mega horrible bastard shin splints. Tried to jog home but gave up and walked v.slowly back, almost hobbling. grr

From house to Hunter's Bar, then up the parks until the road just past the cafe, then back. Headwinds most of the time. Works out at 5.81miles according to mapmyrun - not too sure about that. Oh well. Tired, legs weren't happy, slow. Knee felt better, but shins back a bit...

typed 'stretch' into google to find a few new ones. Did Stretched whilst listening to Streetlight Manifesto :-). Painful left knee made some of the quad stretches painful...

Home, Somerfield, encliffe park, bingham park, home. didn't time. bout 25 mins. Aparently that long according to mapmyrun. Not too sure. meh. light jogging.

9 reps. dunno the time really. rested between 8 and 9. Hence the reason number 9 was quite quick. probably. There's a fly buzzing around my head now. It's irritating. grr.

WHAY! I now have an SI Card! Just need to sort out my BO now...
and the top of my left knee hurts a little bit too. Lower legs still get a bit tight quite quickly, but not too bad/go quickish
