Woke up, knee felt odd. Feels ok after doing sod all though.
Other than that, not panicing over biochem, but not enjoying it...
Won't do anything until friday, apart from circuits tomorrow...

Out in the snow at 4am. :)
Knee feels fine normally, but just wiggled it around a bit and still felt a bit iffy. I'll give it some more time off and start doing stuff properly after the exams in a week - Starting with Ceilidh!

Woke up a bit early, so decided to drift off again. Fannyed abour a bit before spending an hour going over notes before Genetics exam. It went.... well, it went. Dunno how well - could have cocked up what I thought was right.
But it's genetics. I don't care.
Knee still hurts - less than yesterday, but after walking home from the uni via broomhill quite briskly, the steps were a bit painful.

Tuesday Jan 29

Running to endcliffe park, then to bingham. was going to do loops in Endcliffe woody bit, but they were chopping down trees, so went to Bingham to do hill reps, but knee started realy hurting.
Running hills 3:10 [4]

Felt okish to start with, but after a whole 2 reps knee went bang, so jogged/walked home like an old man. Getting up the steps to the front door, then the stairs to the landing hurt like hell.

Knee telling me to stay in and revise more maybe?

Running to goodwin, running around the room, running back from godwin. Right side of right knee started hurting around westbourne road on way back. Hopefully will go away.
