Didn't feel too bad aerobically despite the lack of running I've done recently. Legs got tired, brain got tired (still not revised for tomorrow's exam...) and knee started aching a bit towards end. Maybe I need to change my running style. (soe people would say I need to stop running....)
Exam today went well - finished with an hour to go. Was home (via somerfield and Nisa twice) when there was still 15 minutes of it left to do... |

Didn't do too badly, press ups are still crap compared to what I used to do.
