why are my legs aching so much? They have been since last tuesday...
I'll maybe go for a vrey short potter later, just to bingham and back or something to try and loosen them up.
Running 9:40 [4] 1.44 mi (6:42 / mi)
slept:2.0 shoes: Asics somethings
Ran to end of Bingham, along Riverdale then the park. Had a nap after lectures. Decided to run out bit a bit harder than usual, just to see how I'm feeling, only I could feel Jaffa cakes jumping about inside of me...
Running 12:11 [2] 1.44 mi (8:26 / mi)
shoes: Asics somethings
Gentle pootle back through Bingham and Endcliffe. Base of shins started to ache a bit, but not in a shin-splinty way...
man I feel tired. Still got 3 hours of singing to get through and all. I dunno if I'll be able to concentrate for all that time. And having to sing tenor and all. Gah! why are there no Tenors in Sheffield except a guy who gets it wrong a fair bit and me, who is, by rights, a bass-baritone who has to sing too high.
OK, rant over.
