Spent yesterday shopping and cleaning instead of working, then watched 3 hours of phoenix nights whilst eating Ban and Jerry's, so a run was in order, and JT provided lifts, so headed out to Surprise View.
"Gazelle" Abrams and I went on a fairly steady run, but I was knacked for no apparent reason.
Surprise View>Over Owler Tor>Higger Tor>Stanage Trig>Long Causeway>Stanage Pole>back to stanage edge (over the boggiest thing I've run on in a while (not as deep/vicious as the bog monster, but there was no dry ground at all!)>Stanage trig>Higger>MotherCap=>Carpark.
Lovely day, but another shiny white pair of socks fucked. :D

Boosh last night, brilliant! Don't think I stopped laughing at all. Well, maybe for the crackfox, but that was just a man in a bin. The pillorying of the Sugarpuffs monster was fantastic. Wil decided we were all going to drink Rose wine, so we did... then went to DevCat :D
Anyway, day of working/slobbing. Just had a massive shopping excursion to Asda avec Liz and Neill. We somehow managed to fit £270s worth of shopping into her ickle micra. And now have a new toaster. And won't need to shop until about Christmas.

felt pretty tired all day, and I fell asleep in my first lecture of the year. (granted it was ford; he's more interesting this year, but you just have to really!)
Did the rivelling loop avec faz, fairly steady, but I decided to push a bit up some of the hills and wait at the top. Felt quite quick when I did that. Still feeling the last week a bit though (more monday night than saturday possibly?!)

Due to freshers not drinking enough at the meal last night, I saw fit to do their drinking for them. Hence the reason I'm now suffering from amnesia and missed my lectures today. Still, it was a cracking social, and now roll on pub golf!

Man-cold diminished last night, and I felt vaguly human today. Still feel weak and filthy though, so giving circuits a miss. I don't want to ruin myself for the fresher's meal now do I?! Think I'll take it easy tonight though (been really tired lately) but once I have a bottle of wine in me, who knows?
