34.1km. Went a bit wrong turning right too early, adding an extra climb in. Almost entirely in a downpour.

Black Sail - Wasdale - Scafell and back.
Going OK, the drag back over Black Sail was slow.

32.74km. The first bit of this back down the track from Black Sail was brilliant fun!

Snowden. Nice and cool and steady pace on run out in the the dark, passing one team. Not putting headlamps on meant team behind us couldn't get sight of us as well - accidental tactical masterstroke. Good on climb, really good on descent, then hit the road which is MUir's weakness
