ITW with Craig, initiation of the Storth Lane Centre of Excellence.

On Sunday I managed to run into (what I thought was) a W14 (turns out it was actually Fran Brown. Same difference) - the perils of looking at your map. A little soreness creeping in around my upper torso but eased a bit as run went on. Been for a sports massage to ease out a dirty great knot in my back.

SYO's sole 21. in fact I think Barable may have been the next youngest 'senior'. Impressive junior turn-out though.

Rhys wins the sweepstake, pretty much bang on.

Pretty mince though the slippy-slidy early slope. Then once onto the open heath I couldn't get going at all. One big mistake on 6, a few smaller misses later on, lines generally OK but no poke and not a good result at all.

Before a long coach journey.

SWEEPSTAKE TIME!
If GG starts 3mins after me on a predominantly open, steep area:
When will I be caught?
When will I be dropped?

I'm going for 23mins running (for me) , then 5mins later.

Out around Attercliffe on the 'loop of legends' Purely a scouting mission for me though I saw Horton going at it. Rain abated fairly soon after starting out. Honest pace for most.
