Note

Have recovered from the SPOOK tiredness but now have a cold that is perilously close to my lungs so taking it easy for a few days. Maybe not ideal but good to get it out the way now. I can still get some work done before Jan races and be in fair shape.

The general plan for the winter is to get 4-5 months of consistent training in the run up to London. Its easy to say but I need to be sensible in the run up to targets. Last winter I did some good training but too many times hit races tired in leg and body. Hopefully having a bit of input will help here.

Massive willpower and an entire Chocolate Malt Loaf required to get me out. Despite the foul weather I managed to do more than the minimum required 35mins.

Porter Lanes in the mist to shake a misty head.

Running - Road 12:34 [2] 1.75 mi (7:11 / mi)

Joined in the last 9 laps of Willy, Matt and Jacks' 50 laps SLR at SPOOK football. I also spent about 8 minutes on the pitch and no goals were conceded, which I think is a PB.
