Was going to race tonight but felt rotten the last few days. I think I've accidentally upped the ante a bit too much too soon. Need a bit more of a gradual build-up - I can't just pick up from where I was last October. Which is a shame as nice easy ish long days on the hill is the funnest bit!

Legs and body feeling pretty crap. I think the weekend was maybe a bit much too soon, especially after a couple of races. Rhr below 40 for the first time in a long time though.
