Eskdale eureka 3rd.
Harry shot off and I got on his heels over the first hill but that was it. Settled into my rhythm feeling alright but a bit leggy. Young Durham lad caught me at Hob hole and got a bit of a gap immediately. Closed him a bit over the last hill but not by enough.
Decent and useful trot out but 4 mins down on Harry a bit much. Legs felt a bit tired (expexted) and lacked a bit of flow and fell dexterity, lack of practise or extra ice acting subconsciously?

Muddy, wet and misty slosh about Gribdale. Weather so bad I got lost and never saw Captain Cook's Wang.

Gizzy woods fartlek. 3x8mins split tempo, then a cruise downhill straight into 6x35s hills with very easy jog back recovery. 4x downhill strides on way back.

Rest day as aware of a busy few weeks.
Interesting bug where if I look at the map of someone's activity it adds the activity to my Log. This weekend I have accidently done Mark3's ultra and Crickmore's Howgills run
