Yomp about the North Western fells with Han. A dusting of snow and some cracking weather. Intercepted 2 Keswick groups, one including Winskill, though he wasn't in evidence the 2nd time we passed them so I assume he's still out there.
Ankle dealt with flat and downhills better than expected. A few grumbles but nothing more than the ache I get after a good strength attack on it.

Another stunning day, I think I'd rather be running though. A bit colder than what I've been riding in but managed to get my hands warm again. Off to the lakes for a few days, will get some hill walking in and hopefully try a few jogs. Oh and get a dog...

Went to the physio which was mainly a waste of time. Then felt the day feeling shit and glum and cba. Happens every now and then, normally snap out of it in a couple of days
