Body feeling a bit tired, not sure if it's because of yesterday's tiling, fighting something off or the reduction this week. Another beautiful day on the moors feeling pretty good and finding some mud.

Carbs g/h 25/75/35. Few more gels today as I have a load that are nearly a year OOD.

Longest run ever. Been very weary and hungry all day and needed a nap beforehand to make me even consider going out but it was a nice evening on the moors.

Easy Wrong Way Round Roseberry. 6 x hill strides up airyholme with the wind; 6x down/flat strides on way back. All felt quite frumpy but was pretty good on the main aim which was to not look at my watch and make it back as close to an hour as possible for this week's HH challenge.

Pleased with the last 5 weeks of training, only just started to feel a bit tired so will ease off a bit this week.

Am meant to be building a bit of speed but maybe the sessions are a bit long for that. As it is endurance and strength training isn't exactly u necessary.
