Ladyside pike, crag hill, adacombe hole (shit line. Nice view across to the lovely scree i should have been on), wandope ridge, whiteside grassmoor, grizedale. Felt pretty good on the while, moving ok on the more runnable bits and churning the climbs out quite easily. Bit more clag and cold than yesterday but cleared out.

Really pleased with this and loved the day out and being at a race and catching up with folk. Paced it well and was passing people all the way (looking forward to splits) - the only person to pass me and make it stick was OJ. One duff line which dropped me back from Adam, he was then always just out of reach battling with Oli. Small cramp strike at bottom of Crag Hill nixed the though of going absolutely fucking mental over the last hill (nice idea but not sure it would have worked anyway) but a bit of water soon sorted me out.

3 bloody seconds though. Was running with a blank watch screen but was pushing at the end as had just passed a couple of guys.
