Back O' monument and an extra climb. Felt good after this. Got some friends visiting so a bit under slept and over beered. Morning walk up Roseberry with the dogs this morning.

Hrv 86 (50%) Terrible night with hayfever and felt crappy all day with that and associated sinuses - thankfully little work to do so took a day mainly for myself including a nearly 2h afternoon nap. Easy with Hannah to look at the wrestling piglets and headbutting goats. Next few days look cooler and better for pollen.
