Exercises as the dog looked down from the sofa in disdain. Planks, side leg lift variations, glute walk outs, banded walks, single leg stand up, glute bridge raise.
If it's not me waking up early it's the dog. Calf/soleus raises, glute slide outs, walking lunges, single leg stand-ups. (Still a bit of a mental block and temporal ache on these, but never as bad as I anticipate)

Lowick Common NightO. A man walks into a gorse bush... Nailed the first 3 controls, including one aggressive line, and figured this was the right tactic for the rest of the course. Took me 1.5 loops to resolve that it was not.
The area is apparently know for adders, but all we saw was a lesser spotted Josh Jardine (sans ambulance sans GPS)
