2 x tempo up surprise view. Feeling a bit tired from entertaining and full of lasagne and cake from Fin's first birthday, but had a bit of a tailwind and enjoyed myself. Bumped into parents so stopped early to walk with them.

Got dropped off and ran back over Farleton and Scout hill after swim and soft play for Fin's birthday. Felt tired with not much food in me and legs felt a bit odd, but a nice tailwind up scout hill was nice.

6 x loops (2:45ish, 1:20ish rec) on the Summerlands field. Felt a bit ponderous but need to start somewhere. Found a very nettly path on the way home that I thought better of, though legs buzzing off serotonin.
