Used two sets of weights - a light pair for my sore shoulder and a heavy set for the legs. I wish this shoulder would resolve itself... how'm I going to handstand out of the frog if I can't hold my bodyweight?

Daylight savings = late afternoon run. Bitey things + bug spray.
Garmin being cantankerous and refusing to boot up. Okay now, so may have been a touch of heat stroke, sitting in the van all day.
