Finally got the "long" outside loop sorted, but it won't be a regular. There's a long open stretch along a dirt road (which I can run down the middle of), and another long stretch down a sealed semi-main road to somewhere which is cambered, and a killer on my knees. Had to walk the last stretch home - the town streets are cambered as well, but I don't usually spend enough time on them to cause problems (and at 6am, I can run down the middle of them too).
