@White Hills PS. Light drizzle, which died to almost nothing.

Orienteering 1:41:00 [3] 8.39 km (12:02 / km) +334m 10:02 / km
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212 (bl/orng)

Mosquito Creek. This be noodle country. Say no more.

Was quite happy at the way I was running the hills; seemed to have good energy (well, hardly surprising as this is about the only running I do all week). Surprise of the day came about half way through when my right shoulder (the good one!) cracked a sad. It came good, but it was really sore to run with for a while there.

Street Run 20:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: ASICS Super J33 (lime/yellow)

Quads still felt a bit trashed after Tarrengower, so did a couple of slow laps to try and properly warm them up.
6 PM

Achieve It (time trial) 10:25 [3] 2.0 km (5:13 / km)
shoes: ASICS Super J33 (lime/yellow)

Very cold! I had ice cubes at the end of my arms - even wearing a long-sleeved thermal.

Achieve It (fitness evaluation) 50:00 [3]
shoes: ASICS Super J33 (lime/yellow)

Shoulder felt stronger, but baby steps. Temperature down to 4 degrees by 7pm. Bloody cold! Amazing starry night though.
