Longlea South. Not one of my better days. My guts were disagreeing loudly with the chai latte I had after Powerflex (it happened a bit last week too - the coffee van must use a high octane milk. I felt pretty full and bloated immediately afterwards). Several pit stops later, I rolled my ankle on the way to #6. A low speed rollover, thankfully, but it still stung for a bit. Kind of lost interest after that.

Wildflower Drive. There was a LOT of surface water, puddles, and small lakes to circumvent. Felt like I was running easily; bit surprised at how long it took me to get around.

No Excuses Tuesday. I FORGOT!!! How's that for an excuse. I remembered after I'd dressed and had breakfast, and I couldn't be bothered getting undressed again. Then it was just too plain cold and miserable.
