Crusoe Res with the SIL team, plus a few orienteers. Nice cool morning for it.



49 kms for the week (running, not MTB). Wahoo! Now if the weight could start to come down pls.

Back road towards Goornong, just to see if it was worth doing. Seems okay. Might get all the way to Goornong (and back) once my bum hardens up.
Time is total time, because Garmin Express is being stupid and won't "see" the FR301. Includes a few photo stops.
ETA corrected distance and time. Win10... sigh...

Same route as yesterday, with garmin, and without the little wobble where I changed my mind about continuing. 5.1 km - same as my other 5k loop, but this one only works when the mud tracks by the river are dry enough to run on.

Well that didn't go to plan. My old friend psoas decided to pop in and say hi, so I decided to be sensible and cut my Greater Elmo loop short. And because I was hurting, and would have ended up walking instead of shuffling. Distance is a guess - I'll work it out later.
ETA: 4.85 km on Google, but I suspect it will be closer to 5 IRL, which is good because that gives me another (prettier) 5km loop.
