Update: fired up the dinosaur (Vista). Cannot make the Win10 run Communicator. :-(

Got there early, and decided that if I felt good, I'd keep going for 3 or 4 laps. Did. Not. Feel. Good. My left knee had started to ache at the end of yesterday's run and it, and the left quad, did not want to play today. Sore and unstable.
