Spring Gully. Still stuffed after yesterday, so kept cutting the loop shorter and shorter (the plan was 20km!). My legs were fine; the rest of me had other ideas.

45 km for the week.

Definitely these shoes. Thinking about getting a heel wedge, but that defeats the purpose of having lightweight unstructured shoes. Or maybe a sharp pair of scissors.

Wildflower Drive, reverse loop. Hip flexors can't decide whether they are being difficult or not. And then occasionally they swap sides. WTF?

5km trundle up Barnard St and back. Hip flexors were fine, damn things. Just a bit fatigued on the long uphill after this morning.
