Paddy's Ranges. 2:47 moving time. Came in early, too cold and wet. Not helped by the elusive CP76... let there be noodles...

Just under 36 km for the week. Stupid hip.

Timetable change at Elmore. Boxkick has moved to Tuesday, Thursday is now toneup. Which means I don't have to drive into Bendigo for my second toneup fix. Except that I now sort of miss a boxkick workout.

Wildflower Drive. Hamstring is being stupid again. Time to see the phy$io again...

DNF. We started with a one kilometre time trial (4:18), and that was about all my stupid hamstring was up for. Stretched and jogged the rest of the session. Phy$io on Tuesday.
