Note

Streak has ended. In less than 12 hours, my back was twitching when I bent over, and it was definitely grumbly this morning. Tape is back on. :-(

Day 5. Ripped the tape off as I was getting dressed this morning because it was itching beyond tolerance level. I'll have a day off, then put more on. I can't believe the difference it has made in such a short time.

Back has been niggle-free for TWO DAYS. Wahoo!
Distance is one lap of the lake - running is a struggle, but the beatings will continue until morale improves. Resistance bands weren't resisting too much tonight.

@White Hills PS. Not that it was raining or anything. Jenny applied some rock tape to my back after the session. WIll see if that makes any difference.

Black Jack Gully. Ian's 89th birthday event. I would love to still be orienteering at 89yo! Did Course 2, because the info said 2.6km. Hah! Nearly DNF'd half way around because my back wasn't feeling particularly comfortable. But figured that another half hour out in the sun was better than sitting at home feeling sorry for myself. Managed to slow jog for 90% of the course. Navigation was clean, but took the safe option where I could, rather than bush-bash.
