Saturday Aug 26 #

9 AM

Step Into Life (powerflex) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: ASICS Super J33 (yellow/pink)

Nearly didn't get out of bed - have a bad cold/cough, a bad back, and had a bad night's unrest.
11 AM

Trail Run 42:00 [3] 5.11 km (8:13 / km) +51m 7:50 / km
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212 (bl/orng)

Wildflower Drive (top half). Had to do something. Nurse Jenny taped up my back after Powerflex, and it was "okay".

Thursday Aug 24 #

9 AM

Step Into Life (toneup) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: ASICS Lyte 33 (blue)

Took it easy. Felt okay (my catch phrase this week!).

Wednesday Aug 23 #

6 PM

Step Into Life (cardio) 1:00:00 [3] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: ASICS Electro 33 (pink)

Street run. Felt okay. Not "great". Last week felt "great". This was "okay". Which is a lot better than "ordinary", or "bad". But still not "great".

Tuesday Aug 22 #

8 AM

Street Run 13:00 [3] 2.0 km (6:30 / km)
shoes: ASICS Lyte 33 (blue)

Key pickup. Felt okay.
9 AM

Step Into Life (instructing) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: ASICS Lyte 33 (blue)

Odd numbers, so put myself in the rotation, and got a good workout. Over 10,000 steps in total for the morning. Still feels okay. Touch wood.

Monday Aug 21 #

5 PM

Street Run 20:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: ASICS Lyte 33 (blue)

Couple of laps. Felt okay.
6 PM

Step Into Life (toneup) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: ASICS Lyte 33 (blue)

And then we did squats. And more squats. And my back said, yeah, nuh. Not gonna play. :-(
