Mother's Day Classic. Dropped back to the 4km, and got through with only one stop at the *top* of the hill. Felt okay.

I hadn't quite appreciated that stupid o'clock also means bloody cold o'clock. Might have to give up on this pre-dawn nonsense until it warms up again.

Slow 3 km trundle around the lake at around 7:30 pace. Did not cough up a lung or collapse from exhaustion. Small steps.
